Support of the TOSER Togliatti project (Togliatti Territory of Advanced Social and Economic Development)

The United Experts Group provides a range of services on preparation and support in obtaining the status of a TOSER Togliatti resident, namely:

• preparation of constituent documents and support of registration procedures in the territory of Togliatti, Samara region for a newly established legal entity (Applicant), as well as performance of representative functions related to registration of a legal entity in state funds and statistics bodies of the Russian Federation;
• preparation of a business plan, a set of necessary documents and an application for obtaining the status of a resident of the Togliatti Territory of Advanced Social and Economic Development. Preparation of a business plan, as well as a set of necessary documents, is carried out in accordance with the requirements approved by the Decree of the Government of the Samara Region of 21.11.2016. №658 "On ensuring the functioning of TOSER "Togliatti ";
• preparation and approval of a draft business plan with the responsible services of the Togliatti City Mayor’s Office for the subsequent submission of a business plan, a set of necessary documents and an application to the Commission for the consideration of applications for concluding an Agreement on the performance of activities in the territory of TOSER. Making adjustments to the business plan, if necessary;
• support of the procedure of conclusion of the Agreement on performance of activities in the Togliatti TOSER territory;
• legal, financial and accounting consulting support on administrative issues arising during the preparation and implementation of the project.
